Farm to Table in DC

For us, there is nothing cooler than seeing the full circle of our work.

This week we visited Chesley Vegetable Farm in Smithsburg, MD to pick up a load of summer squash as soon as it was harvested.


And then later on, we got a few tweets from our friends, the Ford family in DC, about the amazing dish they prepared using the squash:
